Q: What should my child wear?

A: Girls: Form fitting top and bottom. I.E. Spandex shorts or leggings, leotard, sports bra, or tight fit top that will not go above head when upside down. Hair must be pulled up. No Jewelry.

Boys: Fitted sports shorts or pants and a T-shirt or tank top tucked in.

Bare Feet or Cheer Sneakers okay.

 

 

Q: My child missed a class. Now what?

A: We understand that life happens so as a courtesy, we offer make up classes . Make ups must be scheduled at the front desk and be executed within 30 days of an excused absence if space is available. You must call or email to let us know if your child is going to miss their class for it to count as an excused absence. Make up classes can only be done in an age/skill appropriate class.  No refunds will be given for missed classes. 

 

Q: What happens if my class falls on a holiday that you're closed?

A: Classes that fall on our scheduled closed holidays will be automatically prorated for that month, excluding Winter Break. Winter Break has already been calculated into total tuition.

 

 

Q: Do I need to stay during my child's class?

A: No. You may leave, however you must be back before class ends. You may not leave siblings.

 

Q: My child is 6 but is really advanced, can she move to the 7 year old class?

A: No, your child may move to the age appropriate class when they turn that age. No exceptions.

 

Q: What if I want to drop a class? 

A: So that we may give ample notice to a family waiting for a spot in class, the front desk must be notified by email on or before THE 15th DAY of the month stating this will be your last month. Failure to do so on or before THE 15TH DAY will result in tuition charges for the following month. 

 

Q: If we drop our class, does that forfeit our Membership?

A: No it does not. Your membership stays active until it expires a year from your registration date. You may enroll at anytime during your membership period without paying it again.

 

Q: I payed the membership fee for one child, do my other children get member benefits?

A: Your other children do not get member benefits unless you pay the family membership fee. You do not need to be enrolled in classes to get member benefits, however, membership fee must be payed and current. 

 

Q: My child almost has their skills. Can they go ahead and move up a level?

A: Your child may not move up until they have mastered all skills required in current level. Level advancement is in sole discretion of instructor.

 

Q: Do I have to have a card on file?

A: If you are on our monthly installment plan, yes because we will automatically withdraw tuition on the 1st of every month. If you pay for session in full or are enrolling in a special event, i.e. open play, camp, open gym or parents night out, you do not need a card on file.
